About Us
TMMD Consulting is a technology services and products company specialized in Data Warehousing and General IT consulting. We are headquartered in upstate New York, with consultants located in Minnesota, Ohio, and Georgia. Our company offers long-term experience in the Conception and Implementation of Large IT and Data Warehousing projects, ETL development, testing, and implementations, as well as general Database knowledge and Web Integrations. We also have extensive experience in the Collections and Recoveries segments of IT Consulting and development.
Our Founders
Todd Swan, Chief Executive Officer & President
Started his IT career in 1996 in Atlanta, where he worked in the IT business as a consultant for many Fortune 100 & 500 companies, including some prominent organizations such as FICO, IBM, Coca-Cola, and the Federal Reserve Bank. In this timeframe he established himself as an expert in general Application Development architectures for Client/Server developments. New York, where he spent the next 10 years of his career working for multiple corporations as a Senior Consultant; first for the Collections and Recoveries divisions and later in the Business Intelligence, Warehouse, and Product Development divisions. His communication and organization skills have been instrumental in the growth and maturity of TMMD Consulting, and he works closely with all team members to ensure a seamless and open relationship with all past, existing, and future customers.
Md Choudhury
Began his IT career in 1990 at Wells Fargo, where he was primarily involved in the development of complex simulation applications in the financial industry leveraging .net. Later he worked at GMAC, where he was involved as a Data Warehouse developer for the automotive industry. Through these demanding involvements he gained respect as a lead innovator in the development of Client/Server-based applications and Data Warehouse concepts and techniques. Later he expanded his career at Google, where he was employed as a Senior Consultant in the “Business Intelligence & Warehouse” division. His primary responsibility while at Google was the conception and realization of custom developments for Client/Server and Data Warehouse projects with the latest and most advanced Database & Core technologies.

Collection & Recovery Solutions
Whether the client is attempting to collect the debt directly in house, or enlists a third party to assist in their recovery efforts, TMMD Consultants will work to integrate these platforms and systems, along with their corresponding business processes, into a complete and robust enterprise solution.
Data Integration
TMMD integrates client data residing in different sources and provides clients with a unified view of the data. Our consultants analyze the state of client data and manipulate it to be used or stored in a new way. At TMMD, our Data Integration process strives to always be efficient, logical, and current with the latest movement and processes of the ever-changing requirements of modern data.
Business Process Management
TMMD builds complete client solutions to include creating methods to discover, model, analyze, measure, improve, optimize, and automate business processes. Working with a coordination of efforts in the behavior of systems, people, and information, business outcomes in support of a business strategy are produced. Consultants at TMMD work to implement an automated process for routine transactions and human interactions to aid in the reduction of the business’s operational costs. This decreases the amount of waste and revisions while also increasing the overall efficiency of the business.
Data Warehousing & Business Intelligence
TMMD develops data warehousing solutions as well as the accompanying business reports for the client. Our specialists provide each client with a secure method to electronically store and organize their data. The data can be easily retrieved and analyzed to aid in the implementation of new business practices based on the interpretation of figures within what is stored. As the data is analyzed, TMMD Consultants find and report actionable insights to improve the success of the business.
System Development
TMMD builds system solutions entirely focused on the client’s desired outcomes for new systems as well as legacy systems. The Consultants at TMMD have significant experience with multiple System Development Lifecycles (SDLC) including Agile, Iterative, Spiral, Waterfall, Prototyping, DEVOPS, and Lean. TMMD executes System Development in seven phases that are executed differently depending on the System Development Lifecycle (SDLC) selected for the project.
TMMD defines the seven phases as: requirement, analysis, design, development, integration, testing, and acceptance.
While data conversion is presented as a separate entity, TMMD executes data conversion as a parallel project with frequent integration points to assess the emerging capabilities of the designed solution.
Project Management
Initiating a new project is oftentimes hectic and stressful. To minimize the churn of a new project, TMMD has a library of plans for a Project Manager (PM) to tailor (within the guidelines) for his/her assigned project. The standardization of projects allows more time for the PM to measure progress, monitor risks, and address issues. TMMD creates a path for the PM to have more time to focus on the success of the overall goal, rather than the stress of creating and implementing a plan for a new project.
